The messenger platform exists in two ways: as a WhatsApp and as a Viber Channel. The purpose of the platform is to implement public surveys in an efficient and transparent manner. SPARK DATA OÜ is an apolitical company and does not have an ideological stance or approach to any issue covered by the surveys. SPARK DATA OÜ has fully implemented the European Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter: GDPR). Therefore, before participating in a survey, users are informed about the privacy policy of the survey and are given an explicit option to decide whether they agree with the rules of the survey or not. The privacy policy explains what type of personal data is processed and for what purpose, and any other relevant information. Users can use the survey platform anonymously; It is up to them whether they will reveal their identity. All statistics and information on our website are for informational purposes only and SPARK DATA OÜ does not take any responsibility for any consequences due to misinterpretation.
PRIVACY RULES
1. The purpose of the survey is to explore the individual and social consequences of using a loan contracted with a variable interest rate in CHF. The survey is conducted for the purposes of media and academic research, and for business purposes as determined by the survey (including marketing). Email addresses and phone numbers for the purpose of conducting this survey were collected from publicly available sources and automatically generated. Respondents participate in it anonymously and in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which they must agree to if they want to access the survey. The data collected during the implementation of the survey is kept until its completion. Individual results will not be published anywhere, but will be used exclusively for the purposes of statistical processing; Only aggregated statistics shall be published. Personal data that data subjects can voluntarily leave while filling out the survey (name, surname, phone number, email address) are collected for the purpose of providing services and kept during the business relationship. Personal data may be provided to our business partners and associates who assist us or cooperate with us in conducting research or providing services.
2. The survey is organized, organized and conducted by the company SPARK DATA OÜ, Sombre tee 2, Harju maakonda, Harku vald, Suurupi kula 76907, Estonia, VAT: EE102438185, through the 1KA research software. The survey is communicated through the following channels: e-mail, SMS, website, Google Ads platform and social network Facebook. Personal data will not be transferred outside the EU.
3. The website uses cookies to ensure a better and safer user experience. The user is offered information about their content and a request for explicit consent to their use when accessing the website for the first time. This data is only used for the analysis of website traffic that is necessary to optimize the efficiency of the website. The data is not assigned to third parties for advertising or for any other purpose unrelated to the website.
4. SPARK DATA OÜ is an apolitical organization and does not have a political position on any issue covered by the surveys. The results of the survey do not have to correspond to the actual preferences of the respondents nor do they represent a representative sample of borrowers, since the respondents participate in the survey voluntarily, anonymously and at their own discretion.
5. Individual user responses and other information they provide are not visible to other users. No third party has access to the back-end framework or the data collected.
6. Since our survey is conducted online, survey participants from non-EU countries submit their data directly to our server in the EU. SPARK DATA OÜ hereby undertakes to comply with the GDPR regulations on data protection, and to adhere to its standards for the processing of data of all participants within and outside the EU. This implies the processing of anonymous data described above, so that all private data of natural persons are protected.
Furthermore, we follow the EU Directive 2002/58/EC which states that the use and processing of any type of electronic data from non-EU countries to EU countries must comply with said legislation within the EU.
7. SPARK DATA OÜ reserves the right to change, limit or withdraw from surveys at any time. All statistics and information on our website are of an informational nature, and SPARK DATA OÜ does not take responsibility for any consequences of misinterpretation.
8. In the event of legal disputes regarding the privacy rules, the relevant law of the Republic of Croatia and the EU shall apply.
9. Data subjects have the right to access personal data, the right to rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to processing and the right to data portability. Data subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
